Book in for a 30 minute video consultation to run through some options and discuss how to make the biggest impact within your budget.
The discussion will be led by your project but could include: project potential, costs to budget for, planning and permitted development or materials and construction techniques. You will receive a briefing document to help you get out of the starting blocks. Email us and we’ll send you a short questionnaire so that we can do some homework.

VISIT OR SKETCH.
If you would like us to visit a property that you own or are thinking of buying, we can schedule it in. We can learn a lot from photos and videos but some sites are best seen in reality. We are based in the South West and often work in London and further afield.
A sketch may be enough for you to consolidate your ideas or get a builder on board. A simple idea could transform a space from square footage, to a design asset. Sketches can be high level or detailed drawings of internal spaces.
Site visits start from £295. Sketches start from £495.

If you find that you’d like to appoint an architect, we can discuss the best route forward; either working with us or another appropriate architect. This may be for a limited service, like a planning application or a full design, procurement and project management service.
We can help with smaller projects ourselves and larger ones may be suited to our sister company AAVA Architects. If you need a different type of consultant, like an engineer, we have some great contacts we can share.
